How do I get started?

The first step is to arrange an initial consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, explore whether I am the right fit for you, and answer any questions you may have before deciding to proceed.

Where will my appointment take place?

All appointments are offered online via secure video link or by telephone, allowing you to access support from a location that feels comfortable and private.

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, with evening appointments offered where possible. We can discuss suitable appointment times during your initial consultation.

What are your appointment terms?

  • Individual therapy sessions are £150 for 50 minutes
  • Payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
  •  I work with self-funding clients and do not accept referrals through health insurance providers.
